Stephan D. Trace has extensive experience handling personal injury litigation. Prior to joining Devitt Spellman Barrett, LLP in 2005, he worked for a general practice firm and was involved in both plaintiff personal injury and commercial litigation, as well as criminal matters. Mr. Trace also worked as in-house counsel to both Allstate and CIGNA Insurance Companies, managing all phases of personal injury litigation from inception through trial.
As part of the firm, Mr. Trace is heavily involved in the handling of personal injury litigation files, which includes, premises, school districts and municipalities from inception through trial, including preparing pleadings, motions, drafting discovery demands and responses and conducting depositions.
