Mr. De Tolla joined Devitt Spellman Barrett in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a foreign legal consultant in Cambodia. His experience involved forming business entities, drafting international contracts, and corporate compliance for international companies, small businesses, and nongovernmental organizations. Additionally, Greg served as a Legal Fellow to the Honorable Sandra G. Sgroi of the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division, Second Department.
Mr. De Tolla received his J.D. from Touro Law School where he was elected Associate Editor-in-Chief of the Moot Court Honors Board. During his studies, he interned in Touro’s Small Business and Not-forprofit Clinic and for the Honorable James A. McDonaugh, Suffolk County District Court.
Currently, Greg focuses his practice on general liability matters and negligence insurance litigation, including premises liability and labor law claims.
Mr. De Tolla was admitted to the New York State Bar.
