Ashley A. Hughes

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hughes was an Associate at a personal injury and insurance subrogation firm, handling all aspects of civil litigation from pleadings through depositions, court appearances, motion practice, oral argument, trial preparation, and appeals. Ms. Hughes also has experience representing workers’ compensation carriers in lien recovery litigation and no-fault arbitration.

Ms. Hughes is a magna cum laude graduate of Touro Law School where she was a member of the Touro Law Review. Also during law school, Ms. Hughes was a Judicial Intern at the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York for the Honorable Arthur D. Spatt and a Fellow in the honorable Judge McCarty Fellowship Program in the Surrogate’s Court, Nassau County. Prior to law school, Ms. Hughes was a legal assistant at a boutique litigation firm that focused mostly on products liability litigation. Ms. Hughes graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where she represented Team USA internationally as a member of the Miami University Synchronized Skating Team.
